As you know there is a lot going on this week so please read through this entire email for all the information.

Having trouble finding the Line-ups?  Well, you are not alone   A few things to remember when accessing our new site:

1. You should be going to the new site at hch.swim-team.us
2. You MUST login in order to sign your swimmer out, view heat sheets, line-ups, etc.
3. If you are logging in from a mobile device please click on the 'View Full Site' link in order to view the line-ups, results, etc.

Signing out swimmers 

1. You should be going to the new site at hch.swim-team.us
2. Go to the Events section of the home page and click on the RSVP box to confirm your availability. 

Note:  It has always been the policy that you must sign your swimmer out ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE MEET.  We disable the link at this deadline so that the coaches can have time to set heat sheets/line-ups.  Please plan accordingly and sign your swimmers out now for all remaining meets that you know you will not be able to attend.  Last minute changes cause delays in posting heat sheets and line-ups for the meets.  If you do have any questions regarding what is happening IN the pool - please contact the coaches directly at [email protected].  If you need to let the coaches know about anything related to your swimmer please contact them directly.

Senior Team has two (2) swim meets this week:

Monday, June 12th - Intrasquad meet @ Christenbury Pool @ 6pm

• ​Please have swimmers to the pool by 5pm for swimmer check in.  Volunteers please report by 5:45pm

​Thursday, June 15th vs Northstone @ Northstone @ 6pm (directions available on the website)

We are looking for help at these two meets for volunteers.  Please click HERE to see what is still available.

 

As a reminder - morning practices start tomorrow, June 12th.  Please check the website for your swimmer's practice times.  

Please note:  There is practice every day - Monday thru Friday - even on days that we have swim meets.
