HC Hurricanes - Swim-A-Thon
Good Evening....
As a reminder - it is VERY important that you let us know if your swimmer is not available for a swim meet. We had too many relays that were scratched at the meet this past Monday because swimmers did not show up and did not let the coaches know in time to find replacements. Our team is only allowed 120 swimmers each meet. We have close to 200 swimmers so not everyone can swim in each meet. Please be considerate and sign your swimmer out and/or reach out to the coaches at hchswimteamcoach@gmail.com prior to upcoming swim meets. We ask that you let us know at least one (1) week in advance to allow the coaches to create line-ups.
Swim-A-Thon tomorrow - Wednesday, June 21st!
The Highland Creek Hurricanes Swim Club is a Parent Volunteer Supported youth Organization. Each year the team holds an event in which team members swim laps for pledges as part of our fundraising efforts. This year the event is being held on Wednesday, June 21st, 2017. Swimming begins at 8:00 am (children will swim during their regular practice time) and promised to be FUN and exciting for swimmers and parents. Your pledge and support will help insure another successful season for our team. Please download the attached pledge sheet to help record your sponsors
Volunteers: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your assigned time to help with a smooth transition
Please have all collected sponsor pledges turned in by Thursday, June 29th.
