As a reminder - it is VERY important that you let us know if your swimmer is not available for a swim meet.  We have had too many relays that were scratched this year because swimmers have not shown up and did not let the coaches know in time to find replacements. Our team is only allowed 120 swimmers each meet and we have nearly to 200 swimmers. Please be considerate and sign your swimmer out at least 1 week prior to upcoming swim meets.  We don't want swimmers sitting meets out they don't have to or having to tell children they can not swim their relay because someone did not show.

How To Sign Out a Swimmer

Go to the website (https://hch.swim-team.us/) and Sign In in the top right corner of the site. Once logged in you can "RSVP" for all future meets by simply clicking the RSVP button to the right of the event in the right corner.  This will open a pop up window, click "Click here to RSVP for this event" inside the box. A second pop up window will open where you select Yes/No for you swimmer(s). Then click the Save button.

For meets you have responded to, you will see a Green or Red dot.  For those you haven't responded to you will see no dot.  Thank you for your cooperation.
