We are in need of volunteers for the following positions:

• Concessions - 1st Half
• Clerk of Course - 2nd Half
• Chid Gatherer - 2nd Half

Swim-A-Thon donations are due by Thursday, June 29th.  Please turn in pledges to coaches or a board member

Saturday, July 1st - Junior team fun day  8:30-10:00 am  Fun activities for all junior swimmers

Monday/Tuesday, July 3 & 4 - No practice - enjoy the holiday

Friday, July 7th - Final practice for all swimmers

Saturday, July 8th - End of Year Party!  5:00 - 8:00 pm @Christenbury Pool

All families are invited to join in the celebration.  Dinner will be provided for everyone (catered by PDQ).

Sunday, July 9th - CHAMPS  @ HFFA (11725 Verhoeff Dr., Huntersville)

• AM Session: 10 & under swimmers begin @ 8 am
• PM Session:  11 & above swimmers begin @ 12 pm

Not sure if your swimmer has qualified?  Check out the 'Champs Timings' tab under Swim Team to see if your swimmer has had a qualifying time this season.  You should also see CQS on the results sheets if your swimmer has qualified for a particular event.  A swimmer can still swim at CHAMPS in relays without a qualifying time for an individual event.  This is why it is VERY important that you let the coaches know ASAP if your swimmer is not available to swim at CHAMPS

NOTE:  If you have a swimmer that is participating in an event other than a relay your family is required to volunteer during CHAMPS.  There will be a communication later this week with details on available positions.  You will be asked to volunteer for the entire session (either AM or PM)
