Junior Team Updates

• No Practice Today (Monday) – due to the Senior Team meet
• Morning Practices Begin Wednesday
  • 8 & Under: 8:00–8:30 AM

This Wednesday ONLY:

• Diving Clinic for 9/10 Junior swimmers: 9:00–10:00 AM

Starting Thursday (and for the rest of the season):

• 8 & Under: 8:00–8:30 AM
• 9/10: 8:30–9:15 AM

Senior Team Updates

Meets:

• Tonight (Monday – Away Meet at Northstone):
  • Address: 15801 Northstone Drive, Huntersville
  • Arrive by 5:00 PM, signed in, marked, and ready to warm up
• Thursday (Home Meet):
  • Arrive by 4:45 PM for 5:00 PM warmups

Morning Practice Starts Wednesday:

• Wednesday Only:
  • Dive/Turn Clinic for 12 & Under Senior swimmers: 9:00–10:00 AM
  • 13 & Up swimmers: Regular practice from 10:00–11:00 AM
• Beginning Thursday (and through the season):
  • 8:30–9:15 AM: Junior 9/10 & Senior 7/8 swimmers
  • 9:15–10:00 AM: Senior 9/10 & 11/12 swimmers
  • 10:00–11:00 AM: Senior 13/14 & 15–18 swimmers

Please remember to turn in any cash or check Swim-a-thon donations by Friday, June 20. Thank you so much for your support!

Swim Caps Update

We’re working on refunding everyone who ordered the team logo caps. If you haven’t yet picked up your replacement (non-logoed) cap, I will have them with me at tonight’s meet.

MEET EXPECTATIONS & REMINDERS:

• Swimmers must arrive in a swimsuit, and have a cap, goggles, and towel.
• Please mark your swimmer’s arm with their events before the meet using a black Sharpie. How to Write Events on Your Swimmer
• Swimmers must remain on the pool deck during the meet (except for restrooms or concessions). It’s very difficult to find swimmers when it’s time to line up if they’ve left the area.
• Keep track of your belongings and avoid accidentally taking others’ items.
• Be respectful to teammates, coaches, and volunteers.
• Listen for your events, line up promptly, cheer for your teammates, and show great sportsmanship!
• Family and friends must stay in the spectator area during the meet. Swimmers may visit spectators, but guests should not be in the team area.
• Please clean up your area before leaving!!
