Good evening, everyone! 

I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share a few important details about our practice swim meet tomorrow evening. 

We ask that all swimmers arrive by 5:00 PM. Please do your best to be on time! 

Warm-ups will begin promptly with: 

•10 & Unders at 5:15 PM 

•11 & Ups at 5:30 PM 

The meet is scheduled to start at 6:00 PM sharp, assuming everything runs smoothly on the technical side. 

Each swimmer will swim all four strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. The most important thing is that everyone gives it their best effort! We understand this is our first meet ever, and things may not go perfectly—but that’s okay. It’s all about trying and learning. 

We expect the meet to end around 8:00 PM, though it may finish earlier if everything moves efficiently.
