It is time for CHAMPS! You may now see your swimmer's events in the swimtopia app if they are eligible to swim in the championship meet. If you are unsure, please let me know and I can help clarify.
Here are all the details on what to expect.

The following is the schedule of events for the meet:
SUNDAY, June 30, 2024- NSSL CHAMPIONSHIP MEET
No one may enter the facility prior to 7:00AM! Please enter ONLY through the main entrance. No one may enter through the side gate.
Coaches Meeting: 7:30AM
Morning Session (10 & Under)
Warm-ups: 8:00AM
Meet Start: 9:00AM
Warm-up Schedule:*
8:00AM to 8:25AM: Highland Creek (1-3); Hamptons (4-6); Peninsula (7-8); Wynfield (Cool down lanes)
8:30AM to 8:55AM: Northstone(1-3); River Run (4-5); MacAulay (6-8)
*The number of lanes can change based on sign-ups and the number of swimmers on each team.
Volunteers
Volunteers must check in no later than 8:15 AM at the volunteer table.
Volunteer Meetings for Stroke &Turn Judges; Timers; Clerk of Course: 8:40AM
Afternoon Session (11 and Up)
Warm-ups: 11:30AM
Meet Start: 12:30PM
Warm-up Schedule:*

11:55AM to 12:20AM: Northstone (1-3); River Run (4-5); Peninsula (6-8); Wynfield (Cool down lanes)

Volunteers
Volunteers must check in no later than 11:45 AM at the volunteer table
Volunteer Meetings for Stroke & Turn Judges; Timers; Clerk of Course: 12:10PM
CHECKING IN / VOLUNTEERS: Tables will be set up at the entrance to the pool for all volunteers to check in. The Volunteer meetings for Timers, Stroke & Turn Judges and Clerks of Course are expected to place at 8:40 AM and 12:10 PM, respectively, for the morning and afternoon sessions. These will also be announced in advance.
FOOD: Food trucks will be onsite, and feel free to bring your own food/beverages, as well. Food can be in the stands just NOT on the pool deck. Lunch will be provided for coaches and officials.
SEATING: HFFA follows local access and fire codes and will be enforcing these guidelines during the meet. There will be volunteers as well as league reps instructing families on where they can sit. Please respect these guidelines as well as the volunteers tasked with enforcing them. If you are asked to move, please do so without question.
➢ Swimmers will be seated on the east side of the pool deck (the area closer to the
offices)
➢ Spectators will be seated on the west side of the pool deck (this is the area next to the side entrance/splash pad area).
➢ Refer to the attached seating map; please note that swimmers should share space as needed. The designated space is simply a guideline.
➢ There are no spectator chairs allowed on the pool deck.
OUTSIDE/SPLASH PAD AREA: Swimmers MUST refrain from using the splash pad during the meet (this includes those who are members).
PARKING: The West lot is for HFFA Members only OR Head Coaches and Officials (this lot will be managed by an attendant). Parking is available in the East lot or across the street at the Huntersville Recreation Center. Valet parking will also be available.
