    The following is the schedule of events for the 2023 NorthStar Swim League Championship meet.

    SATURDAY, July 8, 2023- NSSL CHAMPIONSHIP MEET

    No one may enter the facility prior to 7:00 am!

    7:30 am Coaches Meeting
    8:40 am Volunteer Meetings: Stroke & Turn Judges; Timers; Clerk of Course

    The Morning Session will begin at 9:00am

    Morning Session (10 & Under):
    Warm Up:
    8:00am to 8:25am Highland Creek ( 1-3 ), River Run( 4-6 ),Peninsula(7-8 ), MacAuley ( Cool down lanes)8:30am to 8:55am Northstone(1-3), Hamptons (4-6), Wynfield(7-8),


    The number of lanes can change based on sign-ups and the number of swimmers on each team.

    Volunteers must check in prior to 8:15 am at the volunteer table.

    The Afternoon Session will begin at 12:30pm

    Afternoon Session (11 and Older):

    Warm UP: 11:30am to 11:55am Highland Creek(1-2), Wynfield (3-5), River Run(6-8), MacAuley (cool down lanes)
    11:55 am to 12:20pm Northstone (1-3 ), Hamptons (4-6), Peninsula(7-8)

    The number of lanes can change based on sign-ups and the number of swimmers on each team.


    Volunteers must check in prior to 11:45 pm at the volunteer table


    12:15 pm Volunteer Meetings: Stroke & Turn Judges; Timers; Clerk of Course

    CHECKING IN / VOLUNTEERS: Tables will be set up at the entrance to the pool for all volunteers to check in. We will announce the timing / officials meeting and will ask that all volunteers attend this meeting. When the announcement is made please meet under the scoreboard at the starting end of the pool.

    Food: feel free to bring food this year. Food can be in the stands just NOT on the pool deck. Lunch will be provided for coaches and officials.

    SEATING: The aquatic center follows local access and fire codes and will be enforcing these guidelines during the meet. There will be volunteers as well as league reps instructing families on where they can sit. Please respect these guidelines as well as the volunteers tasked with enforcing them. If you are asked to move, please do so without question.

    Swimmers: will sit in the mezzanine and at the far end of the pool.

    Parents: can sit in the main seating area. there will be no assigned seating. First come seating at MCAC. There are no spectator chairs allowed on the pool deck. This is not negotiable.

    **Coaches will have an area that is roped off specifically for their use. No spectators are allowed to sit within this roped area.
