Hello, HCH Families

Last night was our last regular season senior meet at the Hamptons. Great job by all swimmers and thank you parents for your willingness to get cozy on the pool deck! 

Here are a few upcoming events to prepare for.

CHAMPS!

Our championship meet will be the morning of 7/8 at MCAC in uptown. 

Address: 800 E M.L.K. Jr Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28202

Meet entries are due by Monday, 7/3 at 10am. Much earlier than normal so please make a note of the date.

We ask that you let us know your availability for Champs and then you will be notified shortly after if your child has qualified for individual events and/or relays. Some children will be competing only in relays which are all grouped at the start of the meet so you can leave right afterwards. Yay!

Arrival time and warm ups will be early morning. Official details will be out this upcoming week.

We will be in need of volunteers for both the morning and afternoon shifts. Sign ups will open by Monday 7/3. If your child is swimming, we need you working.

END OF SEASON PARTY

Please RSVP to [email protected] by 7/2 if you are planning to attend the party so we can place a catering order. The party will be at Christenbury pool Sunday, 7/9 from 5-8pm.

All SWIMATHON money is due as soon as possible. Additionally you can use Zelle and send to [email protected]

PRACTICE

All groups, Junior team and Senior, are still having practice next week whether they are attending Champs or not.
