Please see the following information from the meet host regarding tomorrow's meet. 

Highland Creek at MacAulay Marlins Pool Address: 16023 Hallaton Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078 

Visiting Team Warm-ups begin 5:30PM Timer / Stroke & Turn Judges Meeting at 5:40PM 

Parking- There is limited parking in the pool parking lot and we are encouraging MacAulay residents to walk in order to leave open spaces for the visiting team. Street parking will be required, so please follow the signs and only park on one side of the street to not block thru traffic. There will be reserved parking for your Head Coach & Assistant Coach along with the Meet Referee.

Visiting Team Area- The designated area for the Visiting Team swimmers is the Baby Pool Area. Please note that swimmers are prohibited from getting into the baby pool. We will have lounge chairs blocking off the pool area to deter them entering the pool. 

Spectator Seating & Viewing- Due to the configuration and size of MacAulay's pool deck, please find attached the meet set up diagram showing the spectator viewing area which prohibits chairs on deck. This provides the best opportunity for families to view their swimmer while running a safe and efficient meet. We welcome tailgating chairs and tents in the area near the tennis courts where coolers are allowed (no glass please). There will be plenty of trash bins in the area, so please help keep the area clean. 

Visiting Team Volunteer Check In- A visiting team volunteer check-in table will be set up near the baby pool entry gate near the playground. 

Concessions- Chick-Fil-A Sandwiches, Pizza, Nachos, Snack, Candy, Drinks, and Tastee Ice are available for purchase via Venmo (@macaulaymarlins) & Cash. 

50/50 Raffle- There will be a 50/50 raffle where tickets will be sold for $2/each or 3 for $5. The drawing will be held at the volunteer switch after Event 35.
