Hello team!  

We have enjoyed seeing all of our returning and new swimmers at the pool this week!  We have a few announcements:

LAST DAY OF SCHEDULED TRY OUTS:

 If your swimmer still needs to try out (brand new to the team or "graduating" from Junior to Senior) please attend our third and final scheduled try out today from 4-4:30.  If that does not work, please reach out to make other arrangements.

SWIM CAPS/PDQ CARDS:

If you ordered swim caps and/or PDQ cards during registration we have those available for pick up.  One or more board members will be at the picnic tables so come see us to get your stuff!  T-shirts are on order but will not come in for a couple of weeks so we'll be in touch when those arrive.  

INTRASQUAD MEET/TIME TRIALS:

We will be holding our Senior team "time trials" next Thursday, 5/26, in the form of an Intrasquad Meet.  We will basically run a full "practice meet" with individual events and heats (without relays) that will allow us to test our new timing equipment while collecting seed times for our first regulation meet.   

• ALL Senior team swimmers should arrive that day (5/26) at 5pm for warm-ups and the meet will begin at 5:30pm.

• Please note that Junior Team will still meet at their usual practice time of 4:30-5pm and will not participate in the Intrasquad Meet.  

• We will need about 15 volunteers to help that day....13 timers and 2 clerks of course will be needed.  If you can help that day please login to your Swimtopia account, go to "Swim Meets", "Upcoming Dates", and then click on the green "Job Signup" button to the right of the Intrasquad Meet.  

• This would also be a great time for any new Stroke & Turn judges to practice with the help of our "seasoned" judges!  Even if you have not completed your certification, please try to come if you can!
